Colt has settled in beautifully with his current foster and is showing more and more of his sweet, affectionate side every day. He loves people, loves dogs, and loves being part of whatever is going on. He’s excitable in the best, most endearing way — happy, animated, and always ready for fun.

He’s also incredibly dog‑friendly. He wants to greet everyone, and he especially loves sniffing the little dogs like they’re the most interesting creatures on earth. There isn’t a mean or aggressive bone in this boy’s body.

Colt is not a candidate for off‑leash life right now — he will chase anything that runs. Cats, chickens, wildlife… if it moves fast, he’s convinced it’s a game. He’s not trying to harm anything, but his enthusiasm may cause harm if he is not trained properly or kept away from the enticement.
